Why Is My Delivery Delayed?
Sometimes deliveries may take longer than expected due to factors outside of our control, including courier delays, high-volume periods, weather events, regional transit times, or incorrect/incomplete delivery details.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information via email. We recommend checking your tracking link first, as this will usually show the most recent courier update.
Common reasons for delivery delays
Delivery delays can happen due to:
- High order volumes during busy periods such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day or major sales
- Courier network delays
- Regional or remote delivery locations
- Weather, road closures or transport disruptions
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Nobody being available to receive the delivery
- Tracking scans not updating immediately while the parcel is still in transit
What should I do if my tracking hasn’t updated?
Tracking updates are not always instant. Sometimes a parcel may still be moving through the courier network even if the tracking page has not changed for a day or two.
Please allow extra time during peak periods or for regional deliveries.
When should you contact us?
Please contact us if:
- Your order is past the estimated delivery timeframe
- The tracking has not updated for several business days
- The tracking says delivered but the recipient has not received it
- You believe the delivery address may be incorrect
- The delivery is urgent or for a specific event date
When contacting us, please include your order number so our team can investigate quickly.
Can you speed up a delayed delivery?
Once an order is with the courier, we cannot always guarantee faster delivery. However, our team can check the tracking, contact the courier where possible, and advise you on the next best step.
Important note
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or peak-period demand. We always recommend ordering as early as possible, especially for time-sensitive gifts.
