What Happens If My Hamper Is Returned?
If your hamper is unable to be delivered and is refused, undeliverable, or not collected from a collection point within the courier’s required timeframe, it may be returned to our warehouse.
This can occur for reasons such as:
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- The recipient refusing the delivery
- The parcel not being collected after a delivery attempt
- Courier access issues or delivery restrictions
Once a return is initiated, our team will do our best to notify you as soon as possible. However, return timeframes can vary significantly depending on the courier, and we are unable to provide exact return-to-warehouse timeframes. We recommend continuing to monitor the tracking link for updates throughout the process.
If a cancellation request is made after dispatch, we can request a return to sender with the courier, however we cannot guarantee the request will be successful.
If the hamper is successfully returned to our warehouse, a $12 return fee will apply.
