Can The Courier Call The Recipient?

Find out whether the courier can contact the recipient during delivery.

We do provide the recipient’s contact number to the courier where possible to assist with delivery.

However, couriers and drivers are not supplied with business mobile phones, so we cannot guarantee that the driver will call or text before delivery. This will depend on the individual courier and driver handling the order.

We recommend ensuring the delivery address is correct and that the recipient is aware a delivery may be arriving, especially during busy seasonal periods.
