Can I Cancel My Order
Information about cancelling online and corporate orders
We understand that plans can change and we'll always do our best to assist where possible.
Online Orders
For orders placed through our website, cancellation requests should generally be submitted within 1 hour of placing the order.
As our warehouse team begins processing orders quickly, we may not be able to cancel orders once they have been packed or dispatched.
Orders Placed Outside Business Hours
If your order was placed outside of staffed business hours, there may still be a chance for our team to cancel the order before processing begins.
In these situations, we recommend contacting us as early as possible the following morning via live chat or phone shortly after 9:00am AEST.
Please note that cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on whether the order has already been packed or dispatched by our warehouse team.
Corporate Orders
For larger corporate or bulk orders, we can usually accommodate cancellation requests within 1 business day of the order being placed, as these orders often require additional processing and coordination prior to dispatch.
Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the order status at the time our team receives the request.
